Statement French Roll

Good morning luvs!

Today I’ve got the step by step for another statement style. This French roll totally helped me get my life this week. And my ginger blonde and intensive red hair color really set it off.

The Evolution of a Crown

Hi luvs!

It’s not often that you’ll see me wearing curl defining styles. But when I do I’m always trying to find a way to take them from ordinary to extraordinary.  Last week I filmed the evolution of this beautiful crown. Watch as I style my second day twist and curl out 3 different ways before I end up with this style I adored most. Check out the video here.

Vintage Wand Curl Style

Good morning luvs!

Today I’ve got the how-to on a classic style. I used my new wand curler by One ‘N Only to achieve some super soft but textured curls, and styled them into this vintage updo.

I adored this looks and was really happy with results especially considering that this was my first time using a wand curler.

Twist & Curl – DIY Tutorial

Morning luvs!

Today I’ve got the deets on a curl defining style. I know, its a bit different for me right? I typically focus on unique updos but I recently did a curly hair series on my social networks for Valentine’s Day and one of those styles was this super cute and edgy twist and curl.

I wore these beautiful defined curls for three days although they could have lasted much longer. I loved them more and more each day.

Mini Twist Bantu Knot Out

Hi beauties!

Last week I decided to give my hair a break by installing mini twists. This is probably my go to protective style. They are super cute but still allow for some creative styling.  In an effort to add some curls and make this style a little more fun I did a bantu knot out. LOVED the results

Perfect Edges On-the-Go

Happy Friday Beauties!

So, over the holidays Creme of Nature gifted me with the new Perfect Edges that’s now in convenient on-the-go packaging. I LOVE Perfect Edges so I was really excited about the new packaging. It came along with a super cute pouch and a little brush to help slick my edges down.

Since I got it I’ve been looking for the perfect opportunity to use it. Today was the day! I woke up an hour late and had to get myself and the boys ready in 45 minutes. So, I put on the bare minimum makeup, threw my hair in a bun and grabbed my Perfect Edges On-the-Go. When I got to work I hooked it up in the bathroom and voila! Worked like a charm!

SN: I just love how my undercut helps make my basic bun so much better!
