Good morning luvs!
My family and I spent the long Memorial Day Weekend in Tampa Florida with family and friends. We had a great time! Hubby and I enjoyed some alone time since the Grandmas and Aunts wanted to spend time with our little guys. Two back to back date nights celebrating my birthday a little early (My birthday is May 31) was a total win! I love when I get to spend quality time with this guy.
After a great long weekend we drive back to Atlanta on my Birthday. We left early in the morning and arrived in the early afternoon. Although I was super tired a tried to put myself together a little since it was my birthday! I didn’t do too bad. I decided to wear a new cute dress I got for my birthday, paired with my Michael Kors sandals and adorable Betsey Johnson purse all from Marshall’s.
I spent the rest of the day with Hubby and my 5 year old Zavien❤️.
I ended up getting a lot of great things for my birthday. If you want the deets check out my birthday haul here.
So, a couple of weeks ago I took a trip to Marshall’s one of my absolute favorite places to shop for shoes! They always have such a great selection. Well, I happened upon these casual Calvin Klein shoes and they totally caught my eye
I loved the color but what really got me is how incredibly comfortable they were! For just $30 I had to get them. Since then, they have been my go to shoe for casual comfort.
Here’s a look at how I’ve been styling them.
LOVE these shoes. I’ll definitely be wearing them throughout the spring & summer. Well, that’s it for now!
I absolutely adore wearing beanies during the fall. They offer a little something extra to your look, are super cute and well, convenient! Let’s face it, sometimes we have those days when we don’t feel like doing anything extravagant with our hair, or maybe just want to go with a more casual look. Well, here’s a cute and simple beanie style that you can rock on days like those.

I’ve recently become fascinated with the world of headwraping. I have no idea why I was never drawn to this style before but lately I have been adoring the difference a standard scarf can make!
I’ve mainly been embracing this look on wash days. I will wash my hair, moisturizer it, twist it, put on a satan scarf or bonnet and get wrapped up! I’m able to look really chic for the day just by taking a simple scarf from my wardrobe and wrapping it around my hair.
As for how I do the wraps, honestly, I make it up as I go along, lol. Here are a few different looks I’ve come up with. Not bad huh?
Last week I took a trip to DSW and came across these super cute VANELi flats. They are full of color and extremely comfortable. Plus, they were 30% off. Talk about a win win win! I’m excited to pair these beauties up this spring.
Good Morning loves!
I’ve been out of commission for a bit because I’ve been under the weather but I’m trying to work my way back into some normalcy! Today I’m wearing this retro hairstyle paired with a mens Claiborne button down and a charcole blazer both thrifted from the Good Will. I am absolutely in love with this look. What do you think?
Today I’ve got a haul on some great ear cuffs I got from Claire’s!! Check it out below.
