Who doesn’t love purple!? This color is gorgeous in any season, but there’s just something about fall that makes me fall even more in love with it. Today I want to share a look I did recently starring this beautiful color and some big curls.
I absolutely adore this look. That purple is poppin and I love big curls. Here’s the step by step on how I got the hair:
1. Apply 5 in 1 Miracle Styling Creme by Lottabody to dry stretched hair.
2. Section hair. The larger the section the larger the curl.
3. Wrap the section of hair around your index finger.
4. Remove your index finger and wrap a piece of foil around the section of hair securely.
5. Put the foiled section in between a hot flatiron. Press and hold for 10 seconds.
6. Release and repeat. When you’re done it’ll look something like this
7. Next, remove the foil from each section to reveal the curls
8. Lastly, separate and style to your liking.
I LOVE this quick and easy method to get some gorgeous curls.
As for the purple lip, I used Be-Dazzled by ColourPop Cosmetics and for some shine I added an overlay of Purple Pop by Jordana. The combination was life.

Here’s a quick post on my casual look from Sunday. I wanted to keep the hair simple so I opted for a beanie. I pulled some of the hair out front and created a high pompadour and achieved this unique look.
After blogging about Combat Boots And Curls on the Curly Christians blog I knew that one of my must haves this fall was a pair of combat boots.
I took a very timely trip to Target last Friday and happened upon an awesome BOGO 1/2 off sale on women’s shoes! And because of this fantastic sale I got not one but two pairs of seriously dope combat boots, black and cranberry.
I couldn’t help but pair up the black ones this weekend. I kept the clothes simple with a black tee shirt and red leggings and set it off with a pair of statement earrings my Mom bought me last Christmas.
To go right along with this edgy look I wore big crazy hair with a peak of the undercut.
I’m going to have so much fun this fall with these boots. Here are some pics.
Here’s a quick look at last week’s Sinful Colors nail polish selection. They call this deep dark color with a hint of sparkle ” What’s Your Name”. Loving dark nails and lippies for the start of fall and this color fits right in.

I picked up several new nail polish colors from the SinfulColors line for fall so I’ll be sure to show them to you all as I try them out. The first is called Cool Gray. It almost seems to have a blue tint. I’m really liking it though. What do you think?

I stopped by Walgreens searching for some new fall beauty products and came across Fergie’s Wet ‘n Wild lipstick line. I purchased a couple of colors including the ultimate bold lip color. Fergie calls it “Pagan Angel” I call it black…and fierce! Looking forward to pairing this beautiful bold lippie.
